Perfect home for a Family Gathering, or Extended Family Get Together. Snowbirds welcomed at request dates
Renting as a four bedroom, sleeps up to 7 all on one floor NO stairs duplex. DOCK faces EAST
Included is the CABANA CLUB membership with access for 7 GUEST ONLY including children (all 7 guest names must be given to us in order to check you into the Cabana Club before your arrival) The Cabana Club has a full size pool, sandy beach and an authentic Tiki bar. Beverages and food are available at your request.
Within a few blocks (2-3 blocks) SUNSET PARK is the place to wind down your day. The sunset views are amazing and throughout the year free concerts are held at Sunset Park, just before sunset. Bring your lounge chairs, coolers and snacks-relax, listen to the music and watch the sunset.
Duplex has a TIKI HUT just finished May 2017.
A great feature is the SCREENED PORCH and table to dine in and relax on the patio large sofa area with views to the canal. New Commercial ICE MAKER and bait freezer. Outdoor furniture, linens including sheets, towels, beach towels, pillows, and totally redecorated in relaxing, refreshing, and updated style. You will be in a wonderful, sophisticated vacation atmosphere from the moment you arrive at our lovely home.
One Kayak for 3 (2adults and a small one for a child) also available for use and two adult bicycles

New Commercial ICE MAKER installed August 2023 and a bait freezer. 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to Vaca Cut and the Atlantic Ocean and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico

As advertised. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good access to gulf and ocean. Wished ice maker worked better but owner quickly had a handyman come to the house. Nice stay overall.

Another year at Rita's! As always, had a fantastic time. House is perfect...always clean, fully stocked, very comfortable and beautifully decorated! We love spending time on the porch or under the Tiki hut looking at the water or fishing. Icemaker and freezer come in so handy. Truly has everything we need. Thanks again Rita for giving our family another year of beautiful "Keys" memories and look forward to coming back next year!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Well maintained and fully equipped home.The outside living space was my favorite. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The bait freezer amd ice machine were a great addition for our fishing trips. Owner of this property was so helpful and went well above to make our stay special. We look forward to returning soon.

The property was clean and even better than described. My kids loved fishing off the dock and walking a short distance to the beach. Cabana Club access was easy and a nice break from the ocean. The location was great and found lots to do near by. Check in/out process was easy.
