Villa Ana with a 50sqm private pool, 6 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms, 18 pax maximum.
With amazing panoramic sea views, 2 min driving to the beach, only 2km away from the town Omiš and the Cetina river. This is the ideal accommodation for bigger families or friends who want to spend time together for a vacation, explore what this part of Croatia offers, and then again have total privacy in separate apartments.
The villa consists of 5 apartments offered as one unit to one bigger group, it can accept a maximum of 18 persons (12 in beds and 6 on sofa beds).
On the GROUND FLOOR is a large playroom with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and two toilets.
OUTDOOR: Between the first and second floors there is an exit from the hall toward a covered, spacious outdoor dining area for the whole group with a barbecue and summer kitchen, from here you are approaching the pool and sundeck area. Private 50 square meter pool, sundeck area with 10 wooden deckchairs. The whole area is with absolute privacy with sea and mountain views.

Villa ANA is a spacious and very comfortably furnished property, located in Stanići with amazing panoramic sea views, 2 min drive to the beach, and only 2km far from the town Omiš and Cetina river. The FIRST FLOOR offers Apartments No.1 and Apartment No.2. Each has one spacious bedroom (double bed) with a balcony, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with living & dining area, TV, A/C, and sofa bed, direct exit on the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, and amazing panoramic sea views.
On the SECOND FLOOR are the same disposition, Apartment No.3, and Apartment No.4, each with a bedroom (double bed) with a balcony, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with living & dining area, and sofa bed, direct exit on the terrace also on the south side with sea views.
The THIRD FLOOR offers spacious Apartment No 5. with 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with an exit on a balcony. There is also a media room with 3 sofa beds for four guests (one double and two single), and a big TV with PlayStation. From the media room, you have a direct exit to a huge terrace. There are also two bathrooms with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and an exit to a huge terrace with outdoor furniture, 3 deckchairs, and amazing, panoramic sea views.

We were a party of 15 spanning 3 generations. We had a great time at the villa, enjoying the uninterrupted view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The villa is in a quiet location. Cars are necessary to visit the coast or to travel to Omis or Split. There are lots of activities to do in Omis, plus supermarkets and restaurants (particularly in the old town). The pool at the villa is a good size. The large basement room has a pool table etc plus a washing machine and toilet. The two apartments on floor above share a large balcony. The two apartments above that share a smaller balcony and are almost on the same level as the communal dining room adjacent the pool area. The single, larger apartment on the top floor has a large balcony and also a fridge/freezer, an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa beds in the four smaller apartments are comfy (as are the beds) and each kitchenette has a fridge and a microwave. All the main bedrooms have separate access to a balcony. The villa is well furnished and is well maintained. The owners are friendly: they discreetly water the outdoor plants most mornings: they also left us a jug of their good red wine on arrival. Petra from the local agency was very responsive and helpful – she helped to bridge the language barrier as the owners have German as a second language and do not speak much English. The main reason for not giving a 5th star in this review is the lack of a communal lounge area. Also a dishwasher and oven in the communal dining area would be useful. Having said that, we made the arrangement work well for us. We would definitely recommend this villa as a good base for a holiday in Croatia.
