With seven comfortable bright bedrooms 14 adult guests and 4 children are comfortably accommodated, ideal for two families or a large group of friends.
Villa Gemelos is locatedon one of the most scenic roads in Croatia, in walking distance to thebeaches or a restaurant. We recommend a 15 minute drive to Omiš,a small port and fishing village. Although its population triples in the summertime the absence of hotels make it an enjoyable and relaxing tourist destination. Plenty of activities are offered in the area such as climbing, rafting and canoeing. While here be sure to visit the 13th century fortress Mirabela as well as the Franciscan monastery and the select few churches found in the old town. And then, grab a seat in one of the cafés, order a glass of mali plavac and ask the local to tell you the story of Omiš pirates.
Upon request, the pool can be heated except for a period between October 28 to March 31. Fee may apply. Pool is closed until April 3rd, 2026. In 2026 it is closed for the winter season from November 2, 2026 to March 26, 2027.
For transparency: please account for 1000euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

We stayed for 10 days and overall had a mixed experience. Maria Karmela was an excellent host—she was always very responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.
The villas themselves are modern, attractive, and offer beautiful views.
However, there were several maintenance issues, particularly in the four-bedroom villa. The air conditioning did not work properly, leaving some of the rooms uncomfortably hot. The water heater was inconsistent, and the shower drains did not drain properly, causing water to overflow into the bathroom. We also occasionally noticed a sewer odor coming from some of the bathrooms. In addition, there were quite a few cobwebs around the property, which affected the overall cleanliness impression.
With better maintenance and attention to these issues, this property could provide a much better guest experience. The location, views, and host responsiveness were definite highlights of our stay.

We rented both villas for 14 members of our family in early June this year for 7 days. Villas are gorgeous. Modern architecture with all amenities you can dream of. Bedroom suites at very private and set apart. Beautiful lighting, tv-gaming and sound systems. Elevators make it easy to move up and down between 3 floors. Roof tops provide unobstructed view of the sea and mountains. Grill, ice machine and vine cooler.
In short we had a great time and made unforgettable memories.
Our host and local management was spot on few small issues we had.
I highly recommend both identical villas for vacation destination. Few minutes away from Brela, Baška Voda and Makarska.
Will come back again.
