Our first time to Croatia and we found it easy to access buses/taxis/ubers to visit a few locations on our 5 day

Relax Smile Enjoy, we did!

Our host was always there to ensure everything was great, but not intrusive. Parking was provided, the room was smart, modern, well lit, had a good kitchen, was comfortable, good storage, great balcony with close sea view. We left the building walked across a 2 meter wide path and we were onto the fine shale beach. our host provided sun-beds, umbrella, towels, inflatables, paddle boards all free to use. There were a couple of very nice looking jet skies, but we did not use them. There were drinks in the fridge at a reasonable price. All we did was relax smile and enjoy, which we certainly did.

The owner prefers to be paid in cash which was a little inconvenient and there was not a great choice of restraunts nearby, three in reasonable distance and a fourth a bit furtherer away.

A wonderful short break.

Great location and easy to get to. Clean and well looked after. Kitchen area had all that we needed to make simple meals. Really appreciated being able to use the loungers and paddle board and to have such easy access to the beach. Walking along the sea front every evening felt safe.

As a light sleeper, the noise travelling from other rooms was a little annoying. Next time I’ll remember to bring my ear plugs!

Incredibly nice hosts and location, exceptional value for the money

Hosts are very nice and accomodating. The view is amazing, and the location is just about 15m from the beach. Hotel has parasol and sun lounges included in price

If there is anything, than that the main road is located closely on the backside, so you can experience quite some traffic when making a trip by car

10/10 great apartment and hosts!

Velimir and his family were extremely hospitable and kind. We felt safe there as an LGBTQ+ couple. All the facilities were super modern and the shower was amazing! Each flat has a mini kitchen so we were able to make breakfast and lunch with ease. The suites have a private beach with umbrellas and deck chairs free to use which was perfect for the R&R we were looking for on holiday. The restaurant next door (Cibus) has delicious food as well. The hosts are there for whatever you need at any time and went above and beyond for us. They helped us with taxis, recommended grocery shops nearby and we can’t wait to come back again!!

The stay was exceptional, the host was fantastic and so accommodating, the apartment was so clean

Location was absolutely stunning, right beside a very clean pebble beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas to use. The apartment was very close to several restaurants, all of which was very nice. There were 2 local shops within 10-15 minutes walking distance and even a post office right across the road from the apartment! The views from the balcony were stunning! Amazing!

Excellent Stay

The apartment was great. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The host were very friendly and went out of their way to mail my computer charger I left there. The beach is great, quiet and not busy. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect apartment on the beach

Perfect appartment with a stunning view on the beach. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The manager was very welcoming and professional, he helped me get the best room available. There are few restaurants and bars close by but the location is pretty calm and perfect to relax away from all the buzz. Clean beach and sunbeds available for guests (paddle board possible). We are definitely coming back!

Exceptional

Everything was excellent and strictly in accordance with the description published by booking.com The room inside is a three star standard but what really matters is the private beach. You just walk down 30 meters and you are on the beach with your own umbrella and sunbeds - no trouble of getting up early to make sure you will have comfortable day on the beach :) Water is clean and warm, we have really enjoyed the sea. The hosts are very friendly and nice!

A busy road is just outside the house but it has been built long time ago so if you want to have a beach location in Croatia, you usually have to cohabitate with it :) Luckily, thanks to double door, it was not heard in our appartement as we opened the windows overlooking at the sea.

As great as expected and wished for

The stay was great from the start until the end! The owner welcomed us personally with a welcome drink until our room was ready. The room was small (like expected: 26m2 Studio apartment) but perfectly furnished and clean and the sea view from the balcony was fantastic - we enjoyed our meals and drinks there. The beach and water were very clean and there were enough sun umbrellas and sun beds for all apartments at any time. The owner and family live in the apartment house, so you can ask them for restaurant or trip recommendations any time. Some nice restaurants and a cocktail bar are in walk distance at the promenade and Split is only a short car drive away. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would come back in a heartbeat!

The best place to enjoy Croatia

Everything was perfect there. The appartment is directly on the beach with amazing view on the sea. The appartment has everything you need for a good stay, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and a dishwasher. On the beach you can use for free the sun umbrellas and sun beds. The nearest supermarket is 3 mins walk. And the most important is that the hosts are so hospitable and friendly that you feel yourself very comfortable. Next year I will for sure come again

Very good accommodation for vacation

Amazing view from the balcony and room on the sea,you can listen the sound of golfs.Not noisy place.The rooms are clean,but not big.At the kitchen all is prima,excl.wash dishes machine.Bathroom has a good douche. Accomodation is near to supermarkets and restaurants,also beach promenade.Own beach place and beds are ok!The sea are clean. Very friendly staff (Volomir).Thanks a lot !

The small room( for children) has airco.But it is a small room and airco has medium size,so was very cold there during night,my child must use a blanket,in other wise we can't have cool air in our parents room at the night.

We absolutely loved the place! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly, they have created a very cozy and home-y environment for all of us staying there. The best part is the private beach right in front of the house! We loved exploring Split and Trogir, just a short drive away. Highly highly recomended!!

Relax total, ideal pt familie cu copii!

Exact ca în descriere, camera extrem de curată, cu toate facilitățile incluse(cuptor pt gătit, aragaz, veselă) ideal pt o familie cu copil mic care necesită să gătească sau să mănânce anumite chestii. (Espresor pt cafea nu este, dar ne luasem de acasă un espresor mic de la nescafe ). Fiecare cameră are șezlonguri la plajă gratuite pe tot parcursul sejurului(există saltele pt șezlong tot gratuite), saltele gonflabile pt apa din mare, placa surf, tot ce ai nevoie să nu trebuiască să mai scoți alți bani pt acestea, practic ajungi în cazare și ai tot ce îți trebuie sa te relaxezi și atât. În apropiere pe faleză există mai multe restaurante unde se mânca foarte bine, mâncare locală și nu numai. Supermarket în apropiere foarte ok, prețuri accesibile. Recomand 100%atât locația cat și proprietatea.

Perfekt når alt man vil er å slappe av med sol, bading og god mat og drikke.

Flott utsikt, rolig og fint område, fine fellesarealer, god plass på stranda. Gode restauranter i nærområdet. Flere butikker nært, og mulighet for å lage mat på rommet eller på felles grill. Gratis solsenger, parasoll og SUP. Vi kom tidlig, men fikk bruke fellesområde (med toalett) og strand frem til rommet var klart.

En del trafikk midt på dagen mot Split. Ikke noe problem så lenge man beregner god tid til flyplass/ferge.

Tranquillità , mare stupendo ed ottima accoglienza

Il residence è un'ottima soluzione per chi voglia tranquillità e mare stupendo. Le suites sono pulitissime e dotate di bagno attrezzato e cucina abitabile e completa. È possibile cucinare senza problemi. La struttura mette a disposizione una loggia gradevolissima totalmente coperta da fitti rampicanti e dotata di tavoli per pranzi e cene tra amici, cosa di cui abbiamo ampiamente goduto fino a sera tarda. È inoltre a disposizione una cucina/salone molto ampia e ben arredata dove c'è tutto il necessario per attrezzare i tavoli ed una lavastoviglie per gestire la pulizia finale. Il frigo è pieno di bibite prelevabili a piacere lasciando un semplice biglietto a memoria. La spiaggia antistante è dotata di ombrelloni ampi e lettini ed il mare è davvero godibile con colori che vanno da una trasparenza totale ad un blu profondo. Sono a disposizione tavole gratuite ed una moto d'acqua a pagamento. Tramonti stupendi! Molto accoglienti i padroni di casa, Diana e Vele, con la loro piccola Alicja, pronti a dare utili consigli e soluzioni. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono 4 ottimi ristoranti ed un bar : Cibus (con fresca loggia), Jure (con tavoli anche sul moletto antistante e gradevolissima musica live), Amigos (ottimo livello), Mario (anch'esso con tavoli sul moletto ma un po' al di sotto come qualità). Il bar fa snack, cocktail e gelati. A pochissima distanza 3 market ben attrezzati. Seaside è un'ottima base per godersi in tranquillità il mare raggiungere facilmente località stupende come Spalato, Trogir ed Omis, tutte a non più di 30 km. Saluti a Diana

Fantastiskt boende med hög service och trevliga värdar!

Vi bodde 4 nätter här och hade fantastiska dagar! Värdarna är underbara och hjälpsamma! Rena och rymliga rum med allt man behöver. Fantastisk utsikt, lugnt läge och fin strand. Solsängar och dynor ingår och jag var jätteglad över att det fanns sup:ar att låna. Vattnet är fint och området lugnt, tryggt och välordnat. Härlig lång strandpromenad.

Struttura nuovissima e pulizia top, posizione fantastica, fronte mare, proprietario gentile e disponibile, ci ha suggerito ristoranti e info su Spalato. Incluso nel prezzo l'utilizzo di ombrellone, lettini da spiaggia e sup. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, super consigliato!
