Nice villa but a little far from the action.

Number of rooms and bathrooms, decor, pool

In-unit washer and dryer was advertised but not available. Not enough mosquito repellent. No toiletries available (shampoo, soap, lotion, etc.).

The family enjoyed the villa, location was too inconvenient.

The house is new and spacious, pool was great, however in shade most of the day.

Further from the sea shore than expected and access to the see is not suitable for children nor elderly. Our villa had bad odor from a septic tank nearby. Lots of mosquitoes in August, strange for such dry area.

We, as 9 people, stayed very comfortably. It was very clean. It is very close to Stari Grad where we dined 3 nights. Scenery from the house was spectacular.

The only negative was mosquitoes right after sunset.

Lovely location with amazing views and friendly staff.

We booked last minute due to an issue with another hotel we had booked into, but Tereza who dealt with our reservation was amazing and turned a bad situation into the best decision we made all holiday. The villa was immaculate and very well laid out, with nice bathroom fittings and modern furnishings. The location was lovely, with fabulous views and sunsets. A car is advisable, but it is possible to get taxis to and from the villa to Stari Grad. There is a useful information booklet too providing lots of information and advice on the area. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, especially the caretakers Michael and Jane who greeted us at the villa and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

The only minor problem we did have was logging into the WiFi but there is 5G available at the property so we didn’t really need it, therefore not an issue for us.

Amazing place for family and friends

The hosts at Hvaretta Villas went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and smooth. The villas are super for the group of 9 we were. Fully equipped kitchen made a difference. Stari Grad town was 5 minute car drive away.
