The property was clean and very comfortable. The only item which caused inconvenience was the television equipment. We couldn't get the televisions to work on cable or local stations. If not for our streaming subscriptions, we would have had no TV service at all. This should be addressed by the owner or VRBO.

We rented this beautiful house as a home base for my daughter’s wedding. It was just perfect for us. The beds are comfy, the refrigerator is huge and you can’t beat the view from the back patio. We didn’t have dogs with us but if you bring dogs, it’s a great set up. There’s a doggy door in the laundry room that leads to a separate yard for them. Would stay again.

The new home was a lovely place to stay while we attended a variety of wedding events for our grandson in Valley View and Denton. It was well stocked for short visits and had beautiful views. This property seems to be relatively new to the short term rental market and in some ways a work in progress. Some additional landscaping enhancements we being developed. There were some minor issues but the customer service person was very pleasant and quick to respond and resolve our issues. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to this part of Texas.
