Welcome to Your Sanger Paradise, 10min away from the lake, centrally located close to downtown, you will find everything you need for your stay in Sanger! Close to Lake Ray Roberts, a drive away from Denton, and the Winstar Casino in in driving distance.
Whether you are passing through or coming for a vacation, you will find this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home a perfect fit.

Although our space is ideally for 6 guests comfortably, we do have a queen air mattress and a VERY comfy couch as well (9 max guests).

We are here to help if you need us! However, we are not close by. If anything happens where you need someone there, we have some neighbors that we can contact and help you out. Otherwise, just message us or give us a call and we would be glad to help!
There are a lot of kids in the community. The owners of the home would often host the kids as they had kiddos of their own. We have informed a lot of the neighbors that this home is now a Short Term Rental, but the kids may not remember. If you get visitors, we apologize!
One of the neighbor kids will take care of garbage, so you don't have to worry about taking it to the curb!
The garage is used for storage by the owners. They may need items from time to time, but this is not often. If they do need something from their garage, we will let you know before they come!
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to sign a supplemental rental agreement containing property rules, liability waivers, and stay requirements. The agreement terms are provided prior to booking.
