Located 3 blocks from downtown, our house is beautiful inside with a big front porch and a small enclosed back yard. White picket fence around front. Within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and easy drive to Dallas area attractions. Park close by to walk dogs. House was roomy and everything you’d need to have a pleasant stay. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed staying here. It has everything you need and is in a great location to walk to downtown Denton. Plus the smell of BBQ outside is outstanding due to there being a BBQ eatery on the block.

We loved our stay and this house was a great first VRBO experience for our brother and sister-in-law who joined us for our stay in town to celebrate our aunt's 100th birthday.
Not only was as the house nicely decorated and spacious, but the beds were comfortable, the extras like snacks, pet bowls, a reverse osmosis water filter, and high end sheets and towels were greatly appreciated.
We loved the location, close enough to everything near the square but not so close that you have to hear all the live bands all night. The house was also well insulated between the rooms, so we didnt have to hear my brother-in-law snore.
We will definitely be back if we have another trip up with family.
