Guests have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. The only restricted area is the attic access in the upstairs bedroom, which is reserved for maintenance and storage. Please do not enter the attic.

Quiet neighborhood that is nice to walk around when the weather is nice! There is a neighborhood playground and basketball court walking distance.
The property is located minutes from DFW hotspots near Southlake, Trophy Club, and Grapevine where you can enjoy access to popular attractions, dining, and scenic spots. The home is 3-minutes driving (12-minute walk) to the local Walmart for groceries/items you may need with multiple fast food chains nearby.
