• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
• Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
• Self-check-in with keypad
• No smoking or vaping
• Dogs Allowed (Pet Fee Required)
• No parties or events
• No street parking (cars must be parked in the driveway)
• There is a maximum occupancy of 10 people at the property. Per the city guidelines, this includes any guests or temporary visitors to the property.
Additional Rules
- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- Dogs are allowed in the home with a pet fee. Bringing unauthorized animals on the property will result in a $500 fee.
-This is a NON-PARTY home. The owner of the property lives nearby and if they find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled, and no refunds shall be given.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning. Refundable security deposit may be required.
- No smoking of any kind (tabaco, marijuana or vaping). A $500 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. If smoking outside, please throw all cigarette butts in the trash and not in the yard.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if guests have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, guests will be charged for an additional day at our base nightly rate of $449, but this does not award guests to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

This is the cutest townhouse. We loved how bright and beautifully decorated it was. There was plenty of room. The host thought of all of the amenities one would need. The communication was great. We will definitely stay again!
