Ground floor: living room with a sofa bed for 2 people/dining room with access to the garden and terrace with barbecue. 1 air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC (in this room, 1 large bed separable into two beds of 80*200 + 1 bed of 80*200). A fully equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140*200), 1 mezzanine with 1 Kingsize bed (180*200). The mezzanine can be completely darkened. shower room with WC. Solarium.
For your comfort: satellite TV, wifi internet, baby cot. In the residence, a 250 sqm pool open all year round (unheated).
To be paid on-site: Security deposit 1200 euros (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning 160 euros.
