Located in the commune of La Londe-les-Maures, between Bormes-les-Mimosas and Hyères, and 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez, it overlooks the vineyards, facing the sea and the Golden Islands, offering exceptional panoramic views. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, it provides peace and security just a few minutes from beautiful sandy beaches.

A comfortable living/dining area with TV and Wi-Fi opens onto a pleasant terrace. The fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, ceramic cooktop, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, etc.) leads to a large furnished terrace offering lovely open views of the hills and a glimpse of the sea.
On the main level: one double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: one double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, one bedroom with three single beds (90x200 cm), a shower room, a toilet, and a mezzanine.
For your comfort:
Air conditioning in the living room and upstairs (no air conditioning in the main-level bedroom), TV, Wi-Fi, electric oven, washing machine, shared swimming pool, and tennis courts within the residence.
Free parking within the estate.
To be paid on site:
Security deposit €1000 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), and mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee €110.
