Fantastic Bay Park Home with wonderfully central location, minutes to all attractions San Diego has to offer! The beach, bay, Seaworld, Zoo, Balboa Park, downtown etc...are all just minutes away!
Beautiful Bay and Ocean views from deck,kitchen,living and dining rooms! Gas fireplace in living room, large well-appointed kitchen with travertine and granite accents, farm sink plus additional prep-sink for easy meal making! Master bedroom boasts lovely attached bath w/marble and tile accents and a beautiful vanity area. 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath provide plenty of room for all.
Plus, for those in your group who may enjoy a bit more privacy, the lower attached guest cottage provides an additional master bedroom and attached bath, sitting area w/sofa bed, mini kitchenette,laundry, flickering electric firplace and garden patio!
Enjoy the sun setting over the water with a glass of wine by the cozy outdoor firepit. A perfect spot for viewing the seasonal Seaworld fireworks show as well! Gorgeous,large yard w/mature fruit trees and cascading grapevines overhead!

Great location for my family. The kids enjoyed the backyard and watching the hummingbirds.I would strongly recommend this home for a family vacation.

The house was able to comfortably accomadate 5 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler. We did not feel on top of each other. The teen was happy to have a piano available, the toddler enjoyed the swings and drinking morning coffee on the top balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen seemed very stocked with everything you could possibly need. We didnt cook much while there but found what we needed. There were also things we found that we didn't use but nuce it was there just in case like high chairs, puzzles, games, dvds. Location was nice too, several neighborhood restaurants to enjoy. We hope next time to spend more time in town but would definitely book this house again.

The property is exactly as pictured. No weird camera angles or deceptive pictures. It's a great place to have a reunion.

House has a great location. We were able to go to Legoland & the Safari park. We were in town to visit family. We all had breakfast together & the kitchen/dining room are was more than sufficient to fit 9. It is super close to old town & that was a great spot to go out to Mexican food for dinner.
