Very nice accommodations for a long or short stay!

Great location! Close to the airport and all the attractions around San Diego. We enjoyed Sunset Cliffs and walking to the grocery store and Italian restaurant down the street. The underground parking was very convenient and secure.

We could have used a dresser and another rack for a second suitcase.

Winter Holiday stay.

The neighborhood. Loved the Italian restaurant down the street. It was nice to have Stumps grocery near by. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Hangers in the closet. Wash cloths.The wifi and internet functioned. Removing the trash was simple.

The many loud airplanes. The elevator did not work. There was a smoker the smoked right in front of our patio.

Half good and then half bad.

The location was perfect for our visit. The on-site parking garage is a bonus. The mattress was very comfortable.

Halfway through our stay the elevator stopped working. There was no notice or communication about the stoppage. There are no stairs from the garage to the 1st floor. We had to exit the garage onto a side street and walk all the way around the building to the entrance and then to our apartment. This was a huge issue for my husband who has trouble walking. The lack of communication was frustrating.

Comfortable, tasteful, great location

The property was a good choice for us visiting family in San Diego. Good location with market and restaurants within walking distance. Dog friendly and parking available. The bed is definitely on the firmer side with firm synthetic pillows. Not exactly my ideal but was able to get different pillows during our stay. Expect to do some light house cleaning chores as there’s no housekeeping services available. Not a big deal for the space and kitchen.

Bed, pillows and microfiber sheets. Near airport so expect to hear planes landing at 6am to 11pm.

Another fantastic stay at the Nimitz Luxury Apartments

Excellent location in Point Loma with easy access to great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and key sights. Very clean, modern and well equipped apartment with garage parking available. Super helpful and accommodating host. Very competitive pricing. Have stayed here 3 times and will definitely stay again.

This time we noticed the street noise more than in the past, but it is not overwhelming, and the host provides earplugs (which we did not feel the need to use).

Good location, good deal and clean with a few caveats

The location and the deal we got. Also place was clean!

There was a major mistake made during the check-in. As soon as we used the code to enter the apartment, based on the code and instructions, we noticed there were personal items in the apartment!! We exited in panic and called the host. She realized that she had given us the wrong apartment number! Asked us to go to another apartment, and USE the SAME CODE!!?? She showed up in person to apologize when I told her that this could have been potentially a fatal mistake. Also, I asked why the new apartment used the same entry code which she replied, she is going to change the code. Also, we were told to switch the parking spot as well because of the mix-up. She showed up again to apologize and was very respectful, but we had to mention this because, again, this could have cost someone's life! Also, there is a need for more pillows, blankets, and sheets for a family of three. No face towels, only two pillows on a king bed (there were decorative, large pillows not suitable for sleeping on). Only three bath towels with a few wash towels( no face towel)—flimsy blanket on the bed. Noise from Nimitz Highway and the garage. Occasional dog barking in the hallway.

Very nice facility. Enjoyed the stay!

Location was primo for my needs. Centrally located near Sea World, Balboa Park and Midway museum. I was like being at home and not a motel. Full kitchen was nice. Wi Fi was very strong and fast!

TV!!! No directions for channel access. I had to experiment to locate any thing to watch. I ended up on my computer!!!! i finally found the binder on the desk. Should have been mentioned in the initial email instructions. Same with the instructions in the frame on the desk, which I found after I locked myself out taking out the trash There were damp towels in the washing machine I didn' find until the last day! Couldn't get the dish washer to turn on.

it is very close to the airport so the planes are allowed, but I do see that they provided earplugs

not quiet because of airplanes

The bed is very large and comfortable — that’s probably the only real positive. The pillows, however, are huge and uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen is spacious, and the bathroom is fine.

This is absolutely not a quiet place to stay. Planes fly right above the house literally every minute — I counted them — and you can still hear them even with earplugs in. Cars pass nonstop as well, the apartment is right on a busy road. Even the outdoor patio, which in the listing looks like a peaceful spot to relax, faces directly into traffic and airplane noise. I honestly don’t understand how people can live here. Cleanliness was disappointing. When we checked in, the floors were covered in dust and hair — bedroom, bathroom, even in the shower and on the mattress. After walking barefoot my socks turned black. We asked for cleaning and someone did come, but there was still hair left after, and the carpet is full of dust, clearly not vacuumed properly. What made it worse is that a man across the hall was loudly screaming while playing video games. The host told him to be quiet, but he continued. The walls are extremely poorly insulated — we could hear everything from our room. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to rest or sleep.

The best property for the best value in the best location for our trip.

The property was beautiful. I loved all the amenities. I loved that we could find something as simple as cups and dishes and the fridge has ice and water and there was a laundry/dryer in the unit. It was a fully equipped apartment which we don’t see often. The free parking was great. The location was close to everywhere we were going. The check in/check out process was so easy. I loved that I got all the information and codes in one message before check in. I will definitely book here next time I’m in San Diego.

Ok, but will not return

Their was poignant smell of dog urine in the apt in particular the bathroom. I notified the manager she responded promptly and added cleaning liquid into shower drain stating perhaps it was the drainage and stated the property was also pet friendly.

Great for a visit when you are traveling across the country!

From the moment I booked, I was informed of the directions and the instructions for my stay. Coming from Boston, Ma, I was unfamiliar with the "good spots" in the San Diego area. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived, and all of my expectations were met! Love the vibe and the hospitality! Will definitely be back!

Location was great. Accommodation was good. Overall the place was good except the sticky and dirty floor.

The property was clean and had easy access. It was nice to have our own parking spot in the garage. I really like how it was close to a lot of stores like the market and some great restaurants. We went for Comic con so it was nice it was only a 15 minute drive. The place itself was very clean and accommodating. Had a nice little patio area where you can hangout but it wasn’t really private. Everything was keyless so that was also a plus.

Few things. The entrance to the garage was weird because you would have to park your car at a weird angle and then enter a code. We saw a few spiders inside and one of them was actually on the couch. The floor was also very sticky and gross. Had to walk around in our slippers because our socks would get really dirty. Just felt very humid and musty.

Outstanding, quiet location in Point Loma near great cafes, restaurants and bars. Exceptionally clean, spacious, secure, well-equipped and comfortable. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to San Diego.

Clean, great location, well equipped, everything worked as expected, reserved parking.

Super small things: there's no separate door for the sleeping area so it's hard to get it really quiet/dark if folks are in the other room. The window shades are either open (to the street/patio) or dark. A set of thin privacy drapes would be great. There's airplane noise, but the door to the patio is quite solid and in the bedroom you almost can't hear them. But with the patio door open or if you're outside it's pretty loud when they go over.

This is the place to be! A Home away from home that's better than my home!!! Stay Classy!

For what we had planned, the location was remarkable!! The host was able to grant my sole request. That was so huge for us, as we had arrived just prior to noon, and could not wait to unload having traveled from two time zones away. Everything we wanted to do, or ended up doing was incredibly close! Great restaurants... coffee shops... vegetarian food in any direction we turned! The concert venue was close... the movie theater was within 5 miles. The beach was right down the street... everyone was so frickin' friendly and accommodating it nearly made my head spin!!! Will come again, Will book this property!! Highly recommended!! Wouldn't change a thing!!!
