Location and parking

Locatie was goed. Inchecken verliep ook prima. Fijn ook dat er een centrale wasmachine beschikbaar is (alleen werken de invoer van munten niet altijd waardoor je meer munten nodig hebt dan machine vraagt)

Accommodatie is niet goed onderhouden. Vloer in badkamer was vies, plinten waren rot, op veel plekken stof en haren, tapijt op trap versleten. Erg gehorig met buren.

Unlike many apartments I’ve stayed at, finding and accessing the apartment and the parking garage was smooth. Communication with the rental company was generally fast, proactive, and very helpful! The building is within walking distance from Little Italy, Gaslamp, the waterfront. It’s also easy to get on/off the freeway. The beds & bathroom were very nice and clean. Thanks for all the towels & toiletries! The kitchen was well equipped, enabling us to cook lots of dishes at the apartment. It was also convenient being able to do laundry any time.

Our apartment was open plan (no doors to bedrooms), which was a bit inconvenient for four people. It would also be great to have a vacuum for longer stays. I got the feeling the rental company does not check in on its apartments frequently enough. The furniture looks worn and the apartment needs some maintenance. For instance, neither the lights nor the drain in the kitchen were working properly. Also, there were only three coffee mugs (but four of most everything else) and the casserole dish had baked-on stains. Finally, the cleaning crew should likely be given special tools to clean the very high windows.
