This beautiful family-managed 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront second floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Begin your first day of your beach vacation on the private balcony of your vacation condo with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home.
The combination of elegance and comfort makes this a perfect place whether you are traveling with a loved one or a family! Enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf immediately as you walk in from the floor to ceiling glass windows. Splash Resort includes a wonderful 'smoke free' family oriented environment with a climate controlled skybridge that connects the East and West towers, so that all amenities of the resort can be easily accessed from either tower without going outside the resort. The East tower will keep all the kids busy with a huge pool, lazy river, toddler splash pad, snack bar, fitness center, 2 gas grills, gulf front sitting areas, and just a quick skywalk away from the West tower which includes the water park, hot tub, pool, and game room for all of your family fun!
We pride ourselves in our unit's cleanliness, but also our affordable rates and ability to manage the property. Splash Resort is excellent with the beach just steps from your condo and just minutes from Pier Park, which is central to all things shopping, entertainment, and many fabulous restaurants.

The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.
We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach towels are not provided with linens.
NOTES:
There is an additional one-time $40 registration fee that guests are responsible for in addition to the quoted price. This is for wrist bands for all guests and parking permit.

We always enjoy staying at Splash. Anthony’s unit on 2nd floor is super convenient. Furniture is dated but the beach is timeless.

Property was awesome! The room we stayed in needed updated bad. Some things were broken and messed up. Some things needed to be replaced.

Easy access to everything. Only complaint is the elevators at the complex are super slow. But a fireman's over ride access key solves that issue. At least it did for me. Clean condo and great view.

I will start with the positives. 1) beach access was great. 2) well lite onsite parking. 3) elevators worked. 4) washer and dryer in room was was nice, but washer is extremely loud. 5) nice view from baloney, even tho we were right above the pool it wasn’t too noisy. 6) access to streaming networks was great.
The NEGATIVES The bed was the MOST uncomfortable thing we had ever slept on. Dreaded going to bed each night. Not only was the bed uncomfortable but the toilet ran 24/7 and it was loud. All you can hear. It was the worst. Shutting the door did not help. I even think the hallway toilet was running as well. Constant water trickling is the last thing you want when you’re exhausted. The shower head in the master bath is pitiful it barley puts out water. We had to shower in the hall bath to properly get the sand off. There were several of the over head can lights out (that’s Just laziness on the staff). The WiFi NEVER connected. We tried the new and old 205 neither connected it just spun and spun. The ice maker did not work and the
Fridge had no inside lights. Is the sliding door to the balcony supposed to weigh 200lbs?
The living room furniture needs an update. The arm
Chair has a hole on the inside big enough for a baby to fit in. The rug is disgusting.
Splash resort it’s self seems good. But i think the lack of care the owner took in his rental kinda turned us off from coming back to this resort.
