** PANAMA CITY PARADISE SPLASH VACATION RENTALS**
I am a hands on owner that self manages our 3 Splash condos and our larger Calypso 3 bedroom unit. I will give you a call a few days before your arrival date to answer any questions you may have about the unit, resort or the area. I take pride in my customer service and you will always be able to get a hold of me with any questions or concerns.
All of our units are located in the East Tower on low floors.

**AVOID RIDING THE ELEVATOR! ** WALK ONLY 1 FLIGHT UP FROM THE LOBBY TO AVOID THE ELEVATOR WAITS!
Our Splash 105E floor condo is gulf front and has a breathtaking view of the emerald green ocean and sugar white sand. It is wonderful for parents of young children, those with fear of heights, or anyone that gets upset by long elevator waits!

The unit is beautifully decorated with luxury accommodations for up to 6 (4 adults maximum) provided by a king bed in the master, bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Our unit comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, Smart TVs with cable, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime & STARZ. We provide free high speed wifi, DVD player, linen & bath towels.
Housekeeping supplies a starter set of amenities including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, trash bag for each can, 3 dishwasher pods, mini dish soap, & hand soap.
**NO WAITING FOR ELEVATORS** Our 1st floor unit provides quick and easy beach access. We are located on the first floor of condos-- actually at a 3rd floor elevation, since the lobby is on the 2nd level and the pools are on the ground level. You can easily take the stairs when the elevators are busy! Since the Splash 1st floor units are actually at a 3rd floor elevation from the pool area, it ensures privacy and an amazing view from the balcony.
**FREE BEACH SERVICE** We include free beach service with all of our rentals (Mar 1st thru Oct 31st). This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella reserved for you on the beach for your entire stay. This is an additional $50 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!
SPLASH....Enjoy Panama City Beach's premier oceanfront resort that offers fun for the whole family! Located on over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, on the west end of the beach. The condo is on Front Beach Rd, about 1 mile west of Route 79. Splash is 2 miles from the city fishing pier and Pier Park, the premier outdoor shopping and entertainment complex in Panama City Beach. The Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is 3.5 miles away and Frank Brown Park which hosts numerous baseball tournaments is within 4 miles.
Everybody in your family, young and old, will enjoy what this resort has to offer. Mom and dad can swim and relax by one of the several pools with a good book, while the kids are entertained with the shaded water playground and getting soaked by the dumping splash bucket! Toddlers will love the Turtle and Frog splash pad and the teens will enjoy the lazy river pool, ice cream & coffee shop, and hot tub. Just walk down a few stairs from the pool deck and you are right on the beach with 2 chaise lounge chairs and umbrella awaiting you. Don't forget the poolside Riptide Bar and Grill is available for all your food and drink needs! AGE REQUIREMENTS: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property through out the duration of the rental period. NO SPRING BREAKERS!! Onsite security will check ages when you pay the $40 registration fee per vehicle for your parking pass and pool wristbands. Violation of this rule results in foreiture of stay and deposit.
We typically rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and check-out. Our check-in time is 4:00pm central and check-out is 10:00am central.

*Splash Resort charges a $40 per vehicle one-time fee that must be paid at the registration desk for parking passes and pool wristbands*

What a wonderful stay. This will be my go to any time I visit PCB. Host is so friendly and hands on from start to finish. The unit was perfect for us. Very pretty and clean. Awesome view. Great location. Family friendly resort. Convenient to elevator and pool. The beach service was included. We loved being able to use the chairs and umbrella as we had a little one. Easy beach access. Highly recommend.

Unit was outdated & needs a paint refresh. Unit needs updating & more attention paid to cleaning of the deck. Several items from the previous renter were left on the deck.
