This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits on the 11th floor in the East Tower of Splash Resort, a quiet west-end location at Panama City Beach, but is still close enough to everything you need. Splash Resort itself provides unique amenities among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone, from young kids to seniors. Was surprised at how well equipped condo was. Had more supplies than most offer

The room was clean & had everything we needed. The host was good at communicating with me before and after check-in. We were thankful for the beach chairs/umbrella! The view from our balcony was perfect. The only thing negative I will say has nothing at all to do with our host but the SPLASH management- we could not use the hot tub even once because it was overrun with very small children the entire time.

The condo was exactly like it was described on the website. The view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. There were a few minor issues. There was only two washclothes for the whole condo to use through the week, there was no spatula or cookie sheet available in the kitchen. We ended up going to Dollar Tree to purchase (wash clothes and spatula). The shower door in the main bathroom was hard to open and close even with the note on it to lift up. There was no dish rag in the kitchen to wash dishes just a sponge. Other than those minor issues, the condo was great.
