This condo is beautifully decorated with inviting feel on the 7th Floor of the resort. This is a 1 bedroom plus bunk Area, 2 bathroom condo with all of the conveniences of home. Sliding glass doors open right out to the balcony and gorgeous beach view.

There is an adult only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu. We had a great stay. The king bed was so comfy which is a rare find while traveling. The condo was very clean! This is our 3rd year staying at Splash. The only negative I found was the hot tub had a lot of mold this year. Definitely not the condo owner’s fault but maybe he can pass onto upper management.

Bedding and furniture were comfy. The unit was clean. Unit extremely convenient to the elevator. Some items may be considered “dated” by some people’s standards but i found the unit cozy and wonderful for the price-point. Happy with the unit and would definitely book again. Included beach service is a great added feature.
