Relax and enjoy the beautiful white sand and majestic beaches on the shores of Panama City Beach in this upscale condominium with island cottage décor. Located on the 18th floor in the east building. This spacious condo has the best floor plan in Panama City Beach! Our Beach and Ocean front condo has 2 Master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a bunk area and can comfortably sleep 6-8.
Watch the sunrise from the balcony of this upscale condominium and relax and play on the best beaches on the Emerald Coast. Along with the two master bedrooms that both overlook the ocean, it also has a bunk area, a living room with a beautiful ocean view and wrap around balcony access, a full service gourmet kitchen with a bar and, a six seated dining area and many more extras!!! Additionally, this unit is handicap accessible.
Enjoy the tropical and relaxing atmosphere of Splash with beautifully landscaped plush grounds, 3 heated pools, a lazy river, a bi-level waterpark, dive-in movie theatre, full exercise gym, game room,
and seasonal pool side bar. Splash also offers outdoor grills for grilling fresh seafood or burgers.
Splash is located on the west end of Panama City and 30 minutes east of Destin. Situated beside the Celadon and close to the Sand Piper Beacon, Splash is just minutes away from Pier Park shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Panama Grand Theatre and Dave and Busters!
Splash Resort requires a one-time $35 fee, payable at the registration desk, which covers one parking pass and pool wristbands for guests aged 12 and older. Each additional vehicle will incur an extra $35 fee

We had a wonderful week! Beach view was amazing!! Our unit met all of our needs. It could use some updating, but overall was very nice.

We had a beautiful stay. My kids always love coming to splash. We decided to rent a 2 bedroom propertythis time and everyone loved it. It was well maintained and stocked with everything.

The room was great, but Splash has gone downward quick. They were often down to one elevator and when asked, the lady at the desk says it was only down a few hours and they didn’t know when it would be fixed when it fact it was down since the previous day. Doing 18 flights of stairs with 2 kids and a beach wagon sucked!
Also, there was trash everywhere. Nobody out there trash in the trash chute, they just sat it at the door, where it sat for days. Being close to the trash chute made for a very stinky experience.
