Registration, Parking & Resort Information
All guests are required to register with Splash Beach Resort upon arrival and pay the current $40 resort registration fee. This fee applies to all guests, including those without a vehicle, and includes resort wristbands for all guests ages 5 and older as well as one parking pass (if needed).
Resort wristbands must be worn while using all resort amenities, including the pools, water park, and common areas. Guests without wristbands may be denied access to resort facilities.
One parking pass is included with your registration. Additional or visitor parking passes are available for $40 each.
Resort amenities are reserved exclusively for registered owners and guests staying on the property. Outside visitors are not permitted to use the pools, water park, or other resort facilities unless permitted under resort rules.
Please note that all registration requirements, fees, and resort policies are established by the Splash Beach Resort HOA and are subject to change without notice.

Initial Supplies
UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
Enso Boarding Pass
After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
