***FREE Seasonal Beach Chairs!!! Yes, we already paid it for you, and yes, you can save $50/day, $350 a week!!! The set includes two padded lounge chairs and one umbrella right on the beach! Just come to the beach and enjoy!
*KING-size bed with new memory foam mattress in the master, a Twin over FULL bunk bed WITH a trundle in the 2nd room, a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
***Our second bedroom is unique! We call it "Under the Sea bedroom". All our little guests LOVE this room so much and don't want to go back home, lol!
*FREE FULL-SIZE CRIB for your baby (Yes, you don't need to worry about crib rental and pay extra money!). Just bring your bedding for your baby and enjoy.
*HUGE Gulf Front Balcony.

***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right
ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo:

*Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated all year around)
*Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time)

***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.

***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store.
*Please be advised, that this is our private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service
*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
*Beach Chair Services in Panama City Beach are open and available from March - October .
*Splash Palisade bar and grill is available from March - October
*Absolutely no animals. The resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.

* No parties in the unit are allowed
*Resort security cameras are located in hallways, pool decks, the garage, the gym, and other public areas. There is a Ring Doorbell camera located on the front door frame of the condo. There are NO cameras inside the condo.

Awesome people to deal with. Very helpful and they did everything to make our stay amazing. We were walking distance from the wedding. Would definitely recommend. The view from the 19th floor is amazing too!

We really enjoyed our trip. Yuliya is an amazing host, we did not have any issues. Condo is lovely ( really feels like home). Highly recommend it!! Thank you:)

I think this is my first VRBO review but Yuliya absolutely went above and beyond with this condo, and I wanted to make sure I left a review!! First, before we even left for PCB, Yuliya messaged us to welcome us and give us info about the condo and suggestions for fun things to do in PCB. Next, when we were on our way to PCB, Yuliya messaged me to let me know that there were some issues with the AC and that she was working to get it fixed. Keep in mind…this was over a holiday weekend. She offered many different solutions to us in case we decided not to stay if the AC was not able to be fixed. However…she worked her magic and the AC company had the AC fixed shortly upon our arrival. Third, let’s talk about this condo for a minute. It seriously was SO clean and SO nice! My kids absolutely LOVED the kids room. It had toys and children’s books and is just so cute and creative! The beds are comfortable too! Yuliya is seriously the coolest host and includes so much in your stay that I’ve never seen included in other stays we’ve booked through vrbo (baby crib, baby booster seat, toiletries in case you forget yours, extra supplies in the kitchen…I mean seriously everything). She also the BEST communicator!! Last, the resort is SO nice too!! They have a wonderful food and bar by the pool, an awesome splash pad that we really enjoyed, beautiful views, and an ice cream/coffee shop!! Again, I cannot say enough good things about Yuliya and highly recommend booking 1906E!!
