The custom-built dining table has an amazing view and can seat 12 people. There is a comfortable living room with 70-inch smart TV, floor to ceiling windows, and a walkout to the deck overlooking the Hoosick Falls Country Club. Walk past the living room and head into your private heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub. There is a bathroom, changing room, and plenty of seating options to enjoy and relax. The Swimming pool and Hot tub are cleaned/serviced weekly!
The patio is perfect for a BBQ and enjoying the unforgettable mountain views. Take a stroll around the property and enjoy the stocked pond for fishing, large fire pit for star gazing, or walk the on-site trail and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Be sure to bring your hiking and fishing gear, all of which can be done on the property.
The lower level takes you to a game room with a pool table and ping pong table. There is also a bedroom (with king bed), 70 Inch smart TV, and private half bathroom on the lower-level floor.
2nd floor has 5 bedrooms (Master Bedroom with King bed and sofa bed, 2 rooms with a queen bed, and 2 rooms with 2 queen beds) and 2 full bathrooms. A 2nd living room (with sofa bed) and kitchen/game room are upstairs.
It's a tranquil atmosphere for the ultimate relaxing experience.
• Washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, starter paper products, and soap are provided. Please bring extra towels, pool towels, paper products, and your toiletries.

Spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our stay. Some interior details felt a bit awkward and dated, but overall it worked well for our family group of 16. We loved the long dining table. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Nice outdoor space for games. We weren't real keen on the downstairs king bedroom/powder room, and the pool table and ping-pong table didn’t get a lot of use being in the basement and right outside the bedroom. We would give the owner 5 stars; when we had a question for George, he responded immediately.

The house was generously sized to fit our group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and explore. The pond was fantastic and we all fell in love with Gary the resident duck. Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. The views from the porch were incredible! We had some very hot weather and the AC kept up pretty well. If planning to cook and serve own meals would recommend bringing large disposable bowls and serving trays. If catering, highly recommend Chickadee Catering. On the “must” list is Baker’s Dozen bakery just a mile or so away on Church Street for excellent baked goods and sandwiches. Overall a great place for a family getaway!

So glad we booked this place. We were a group of 14 (9 adults and 5 kids). The check in process was very straightforward, house was clean and everything was easy to use ( no long instructions or complicated process). House was big enough for the kids to run around ( inside and outside), we went hiking and for mornings walks, played football and baseball outside. You can go fishing but we didnt do it on this trip. The pool was warm and great for everyone. Great space with TV to watch the games. Kitchen had enough pans to cook. The checkout process was very simple. Will be coming back. Thank you for having us.
