Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Ellenville, NY. This spacious 8BR, 8BA home features a massive 20' x 60' pool, game room including a ping pong table, and many toys for youngsters, electric fireplace, and 20 beds—perfect for families, retreats, and group getaways. Explore nearby hiking trails, charming restaurants, and year-round outdoor fun in the scenic Hudson Valley. Whether you're looking to unwind, celebrate, or reconnect, this home offers the space and comfort to make every moment unforgettable.
The space
This spacious 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home is built for comfort, relaxation, and group connection. Most bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space. With 20 beds, there’s plenty of room for large families, retreats, or friend groups to spread out and settle in.
Outdoor Features
In the backyard, you'll find a huge 20' x 60' private pool surrounded by garden space, ideal for lounging and enjoying the outdoors. A hot tub sits right on the patio—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. There's plenty of open yard space for games, gatherings, or simply soaking up the Hudson Valley vibe, as well as decent hills for sledding in the snow season.
Indoor Amenities
Inside, guests can enjoy a game room, electric fireplace, and open living/dining areas perfect for entertaining or relaxing. A dedicated movie room with a large 85 inch TV makes it easy to wind down with a film or host a fun movie night or enjoy a game with the PS5.

Located in the village of Ellenville, NY, the home is close to scenic hiking trails, great restaurants, and local activities, all while offering the privacy and space of a true retreat. all this with skiing/tubing only 25 minutes away.
Other things to note
Pool is opened from May through September weather permitting. Please message us before booking if you're planning to stay and use the pool in mid to late September. Also please make sure your reservation accurately represents the number of people staying on the property. There may be extra per person/per night fee, even after check-in. The base price of the house is based on 16 people. Each person after that is $75 per night unless negotiated prior to booking.
The property is just a two-minute walk from a local Orthodox synagogue, and the kitchen can be koshered upon request for a reasonable fee.
The home includes a thoughtfully designed main-floor bedroom with two full-size beds and a private bathroom with a shower, all stair-free for easy access—an excellent option for elderly parents during family get-togethers.
