The Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with extra bonus living room. Bonus living room sleeps an additional 4 guests if needed. Property allows for Parking of 4 cars: An Indoor 2 car garage + 1 off street exterior spot on the property. This Town home has many upgraded architectural details to bring a rich luxurious feel to the home. 3 Floors of private balconies face the east with unobstructed views towards the beach and boardwalk.
Owner provides (7) beach badges included for use during your stay. Children under twelve do not require badges for beach use.
Park your vehicles and walk wherever it is that you need to go during your stay. Town home is within Walking distance to the most popular shops, restaurants, and night-life in Seaside Heights, Ortley Beach and Lavalette Areas.
(*NOTE: If beach badges are lost there will be a $100 replacement fee per badge. Seaside Heights Metered parking pass provided only if requested for an additional fee of $25)
***** Bed linens and Bath towels are not provided by the owner and are the responsibility of the guests. Linens can be rented from a local linen company in Lavalette, NJ. They deliver and pick up upon request or make arrangements ahead of time with owner to provide them for a fee.
(1) Queen Size Bed and (4) Full Size Beds are on premise and guests will need sheets, blankets and pillow cases for all.
Washer and Dryer are in unit for your convenience on top floor of the home.

Great Condo with plenty of room and great location.. My family of six were very comfortable.. Great view of Casino Pier from the balcony.... Ron Moore.. Excellent host and very accommodating.. He met all our needs .

Great location within walking distance of boardwalk and Hooks(restaurant & bar). House was huge with plenty of room and super cute! Definitely has that "Jersey" Vibe! Ron was prompt to answer all of my texts and phone calls. Would definitely recommend to a family or group of friends looking to have a great time in Seaside Heights! I would however not bring any elderly folks if they cannot walk a lot of stairs because there is no elevator. My 13 yr old daughter absolutely loved hanging on the balcony and enjoyed people watching. Fantastic view of the ferris wheel and its light show in the evenings! Love this place!
