With exclusive access to the entire home, everyone can gather for meals, relax outdoors after a day at the beach, and still retreat to their own space whenever they choose.



The property consists of three beautifully renovated apartments under one roof, offering a total of eight bedrooms, three full bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, and multiple living and dining areas. The spacious upper-level apartment features four bedrooms, hardwood flooring, a full kitchen, central air conditioning, and direct access to a private patio. Two adjoining two-bedroom apartments on the lower level each include their own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and mini-split air conditioning system. Together, they create the perfect balance of shared space and privacy for larger groups.



Outside, enjoy the spacious stone backyard complete with picnic tables, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after the beach or gathering everyone together for cookouts and evenings under the shore sky. A private patio off the upper-level living room provides another inviting place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a full day of fun. Off-street parking for up to four vehicles makes it easy to park once and explore Seaside Heights on foot.



One of the best parts of staying here is the unbeatable location. We must approve each reservation to ensure we are complying with Seaside Height's rules Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.

The Neighborhood:

Walk out the door and you are steps from the beach and the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Casino Pier — with its full lineup of rides — is right there, as is Breakwater Beach Waterpark. Mini golf, go-karts, arcades, and waverunner rentals are all within easy reach on foot. When you are ready to eat or grab a coffee, the boardwalk and surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. Summer nights often bring movies on the beach, a short walk from your door. If you are traveling with a larger group, two additional units on the same property are available, and the house next door (also managed by the same host) can accommodate even more guests. Other Things to Note:

• No linens or towels are provided. You must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

• Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book. Per local ordinance, someone 21 or older must be present for the entire stay

• Group policy: Groups without parents or children traveling together must contact the host prior to booking.

• Garbage and recycling: Guests are required to follow the property's garbage and recycling schedule, which will be provided at check-in.
