Spend your mornings sipping coffee before heading to the beach, enjoy afternoons exploring the boardwalk, and gather together in the evenings for dinner, games, or relaxing on the patio after a day in the sun.
The property includes three separate, beautifully renovated apartments—a spacious 3-bedroom, a comfortable 2-bedroom, and a cozy 1-bedroom—giving everyone the flexibility to stay together while still enjoying their own private space. Each apartment features its own fully equipped kitchen, inviting living area, modern bathroom, and bright coastal décor designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Outside, the private patio offers a gas grill and outdoor dining area, making it easy to enjoy family cookouts and evenings together. A shared laundry room is available at no additional charge, and off-street parking for up to four vehicles lets you park once and leave the car behind for the rest of your stay.
One of the biggest advantages of this property is its unbeatable location. Just a short walk from your front door, you'll find the beach, boardwalk, Casino Pier amusement rides, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go-karts, boat and WaveRunner rentals, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, shopping, and nightlife. Throughout the summer, enjoy beach concerts, movie nights, and community events that make Seaside Heights one of the Jersey Shore's favorite vacation destinations.

IMPORTANT: Seaside Heights has very strict guidelines and regulations. Please contact us prior to booking so that we can understand more about your group that is coming. We must approve each reservation to ensure we are complying with Seaside Heights' rules. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.

If you are traveling with a larger group, two additional units on the same property are available, and the house next door (also managed by the same host) can accommodate even more guests. Reach out to inquire about booking multiple units together.

• Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book. Per local ordinance, someone 21 or older must be present for the entire stay

The houses were clean but required some minor adjustments. Our dogs were welcomed to come; however, the yards were unkept and there was garbage left behind which limited our dogs from being able to explore the property. Our only suggestion is to have the yards cleaned and garbage removed prior to tenant arrival.

The host was really great to work with - very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect. Close the the beach and boardwalk. The outdoor area is great too. The rental is great for large groups to hang out together. Highly recommend.

Property was perfect to accommodate 3 families of different sizes. Just a half block from the beach and boardwalk! Only downside was having only 1 bathroom in the 3br unit, but our stay was otherwise great. Barbi is a terrific and extremely responsive host!
