Steps from everything! This spacious, fully remodeled 5-bedroom Beach Block apartment puts you just a short walk from restaurants, the boardwalk, water activities, the park, and miniature golf. It’s designed for large families and groups, and can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably—perfect for family reunions, proms, graduations, and wedding groups.
This is a two-apartment home, and each family/group has their own private entrance and private space. This unit includes exclusive access to the backyard, giving you extra room to relax outdoors. The only shared item is the gas grill, which by law must remain in the backyard. Guests have always been respectful and considerate about sharing grill time.
We also offer limited beach passes and beach chairs available at the office on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our friend group had an awesome time staying here! The house had good space for 13 and a great outdoor space to hangout. The location is extremely close to the beach and right in the center of seaside heights! Joanne and her husband were wonderful hosts, Joanne was very accessible and helpful throughout the stay - she gave recommendations and tons of guidance on the area. Check in and checkout was seamlessMy one piece of feedback: the bedding was outdated and there were several old stains. Updating to fresh bedding would go a long way in elevating the stay and comfort in the house. Aside from this the stay was great and we would definitely stay again! Thanks Joanne for everything!

Last minute trip to the shore with the kids for a long weekend. Joanne and Steve were very accommodating and friendly. The property is very close to the boardwalk and had so much more room then we even needed! Highly recommend.
