We’re excited to host you and want to ensure a smooth, relaxing stay for everyone. Please review the house guidelines below before booking. Guests must answer all questions before reservation is approved. Failure to answer questions will result in cancellation of booking.

HOUSE RULES

Communication

* The primary guest must provide a valid phone number after booking for check-in coordination and any necessary communication during your stay.



Parking

* One parking pass is provided for Unit #2. This pass allows metered street parking throughout town, except:
* Ocean Terrace
* Any street ends off Ocean Terrace
* Township public parking lots
* Handicapped spaces
* Purple Heart parking spaces
* Do not park in the driveway, as it is actively used by other units.
* A $500 fee will be charged if the parking pass is not returned.

Additional vehicles:

* Free street parking is available on any 300 block in Seaside Heights (spots have no numbers)
* Metered parking throughout town (metered spots have numbers)
* Privately owned paid parking lots

Note: Parking regulations are enforced from April 1 – October 31. During the off-season, street parking is free.



Check-In / Check-Out

* Check-in: After 4 PM
* Check-out: 10 AM
* Late check-out may result in a $150 fee



Booking Requirements

* Minimum age to book: 27
* The booking guest must stay for the entire reservation
* No third-party bookings (including parents booking for children)
* Valid ID may be required
* A short-term rental agreement may be required
* We typically accept guests with a strong history of positive reviews to help ensure a great experience for all



Occupancy & Use

* Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
* No additional overnight guests
* No parties, events, large gatherings, or prom-related stays



Children

* Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times



Smoking / Pets

* No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fee)
* No pets allowed ($750 fee)



Noise & Shared Property

* This is a multi-family home—please be respectful of neighbors
* Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (per local ordinance)



Security

* Outdoor security cameras are in place for safety
* Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited



Property Care

* Please treat the home with care and leave it in similar condition
* Do not rearrange furniture
* Keep windows closed when A/C is running
* Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear



Items & Amenities

* Please do not remove indoor linens or towels
* Beach items must be returned:
* $100 per missing beach badge
* $50 per missing chair



Deliveries

* Packages and mail cannot be sent to the property



Maintenance & Access

* Occasionally, maintenance access may be required. We will always provide advance notice whenever possible



General Liability

* Guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their stay



Violations

Failure to follow house guidelines (including parties, extra guests, or excessive noise) may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

We took a quick last minute trip to the beach and this was a perfect spot to unwind before the craziness of the school year begins. Everything about the house felt new. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The location really sealed the deal. You're just a minute walk from the boardwalk, making it easy to run back and forth if you forgot something or wanted to drop off leftovers from lunch. We would definitely book here again if our travels take us back to Seaside Heights.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach apartment! I would highly recommend. Not only was the apartment in a great location, the apartment was exactly as the pictures showed, and the owners were easy to work with. Definitely check out this awesome place !

Great place, easy check in & out, terrific shower and beds, but the property manager lives next door and was always present and made our stay uncomfortable.
