No need to look any further for your lake home getaway this has it all. This property is located on the southwest corner of Green Lake referred to as "the terrace". This side of the lake is shallow and all pure sandy bottom. Weeds do grow out of it but the areas that most renters swim in near the end of the pier is always sandy and weed free. This property is perfect for 1 real large family or 3-4 smaller families to share. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large open concept kitchen and living room on the lower level that overlooks the beautiful lake. 1 bedroom is in the hallway off the kitchen but the other 4 are upstairs. The property sleeps 13 very comfortably in the 5 bedrooms and easily more using portable beds (not provided), sofa sleeper, and additional beds in rec room. The upper rec room area has a pool table, foosball table, dart board, large flat screen tv, private bathroom, couches and chairs, and is approximately 20x20. The property has a 150' pier that you can fish off of or tie off your boat. This is personally my all time favorite swimming lake because of how shallow it is and that its all sand. You can walk directly in off the boat house entrance to the water, or down the steps of the pier. The first 15 feet from the boat house is rocky then its all sand. This is a great place for kids to swim because of how shallow it is and how far out it goes before it gets very deep. Check out a Green Lake Map on google to see the depths of the lake. As you walk out from the shore towards deeper water, you have to get at least 50-100 yards before it goes below 5-6 ft deep. Green Lake is the deepest lake in the state which you wouldn't believe judging by how shallow it is on this end but it gets as deep as 262 ft and is great fishing including lake trout. You will love this property and really enjoy your time here. Great Irish Pub 5-6 doors down with phenominal food, and top rated golf 10 minutes away.

Minimum rental age is 25 and all occupants (if not children w/families) should be over that age or at least close. If not, please call and we will consider some exceptions. We are very strict however on bachelor parties or rowdy loud groups. We prefer quiet families as this is not a party neighborhood. I screen everyone before agreeing to rent to them for this reason. Please be respectful of this requirement.

Beautiful lakeviews (especially dawn) from the main gathering room/kitchen on the lower level and two bedrooms on the second level. Kitchen had a wide array of supplies, dishes, & appliances. Each of the six distinct sleeping areas had good space, adequate linens and were comfortable.A few quirks that come from an older Lake home, but overall bright, clean, comfortable stay. So glad we went.

Generally the experience was satisfactory. The location of the house and its layout were very good. The only drawbacks were that the house appeared that it had not been recently cleaned before our arrival; certain of the games that were advertised as being in the house were flawed or otherwise broken (including foosball table and ping pong table); some of the outdoor furniture was very old, dirty, and questionably sound; and recycle bin was completely full upon our arrival leaving us with no alternative but to drive cans to another location for recycling throughout our stay.
