Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the house, pond, and everything within 100” of our 25-acre property line. There are 2 bathrooms inside the home. Guests will not have access to the large detached garage on site.
The Neighborhood:
Secluded area on 25 acres with a house, a pond, and a shed.
Getting Around:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Please obtain permission for additional parking.
Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are weekdays, 10:00PM - 8:00AM, and weekends, 11:00PM - 8:00AM.
No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring
Guests will need to bring their own charcoal to utilize the grill.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited without prior approval. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
Please obtain prior approval for pets.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for both toddlers and adults, with a welcoming and comfortable setup for all ages. Check-in was simple with the keypad lock, and the property was clean, well cared for, and exactly as described. It felt spacious while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere, making it the ideal place for our cousins get together!

Front door issue locking and staying closed. Fridge door shelves missing eliminating space that was needed. Few cobwebs in utilized areas; by fridge, in bathroom. Could use a deep clean. Pond for fishing and swimming made this trip worth it! Kids and adults very much enjoyed that aspect! Adding a laundry option here would be very helpful!

It’s a very nice property. Unfortunately other people had destroyed some of the property that we were looking forward to using (paddle boat). We enjoyed our stay there. Excellent host.
