Le Clos du Verger, located in Levernois, 2 km from BEAUNE (listed as World Heritage by Unesco), was designed as a HAVEN OF PEACE.
Upstairs are nestled two very spacious and extremely comfortable bedrooms, thanks to the presence of king size beds, 2 m wide by the sleeping area. Each room has a flat screen TV, its own bathroom and an upscale bathroom with breathtaking views of the garden. On the ground floor, there is a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen as well as a large cocooning living room with TV. The industrial style and modern equipment blend perfectly with the noble materials and the authentic character of the house. Indeed, through its exposed wooden beams, its old brick oven and its stone walls, the place has retained its old charm. The natural colors and the sobriety of the decoration create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
Besides, this is how the Clos du Verger was thought of, as a haven of peace. The large living room, open onto the garden, sets the tone. At the opening, the sliding picture window disappears in the walls, offering a magnificent living bucolic picture. The garden is an invitation to dream. It has this "je ne sais quoi" which cannot be explained, which makes it particularly conducive to relaxation. Installed in the garden furniture or lying on deckchairs, in the shade of fruit trees, it's time to let your eyes wander and wander your mind: some Koï carp roam in the pool, a duck invites itself to wade , some birds cut a bib from branch to branch while two charming pullets come to greet you. Odette and Madeleine, the mascot casseroles, if they're in the mood, will give you two fresh eggs each morning.
If you want to tear yourself away from contemplative delights, bikes are available, the golf course is just a stone's throw away, and so are the restaurants in Levernois, including a star. By car, you can reach Beaune in 5 minutes, your private parking lot awaits you when you return.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the area around Levernois with this lovely home as our restful retreat. The property is beyond peaceful and the house is perfect for relaxing, reading, cooking and sleeping! A family of 3, we fit perfectly. The owners were so helpful, offering many restaurant recommendations as well as suggestions of activities - many of which we did and made such great memories. The location was perfect, everything was a short drive away. We miss it already and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful and cozy home. Very comfortable for our family vacation. Ideal that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Host was very sweet and had many recommendations. Great base to explore burgundy

This is a lovely, peaceful house just outside Beaune. Bridgette, the owner, is welcoming, full of good advice about sights and restaurants, and very responsive. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We recommend it highly and be happy to return.
