About this villa rental
This is a house not overlooked, with private pool on a fenced garden of 1000m2 planted with trees, 280 m2 on 2 floors, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate 2-14 people and 2 children 3 years (16 beds). It is located in a residential area of JAVEA, 2 km from the Arenal beach, and 1 km from shops (Consum supermarket).
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 on the first level and 2 upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) and wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (or 4 beds) + 1 real extra bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (or 2 beds) + 1 real bed extra and cupboards. Two cots are available to you, and two high chairs and a baby bath. A fully equipped kitchen open to dining room / breakfast that also overlooks the terrace and garden.
Outside, you will find the pool, a large living room / dining and a nice barbecue area (fixed and mobile), in the property you can park 3 cars.
In the basement, there is a bar area with additional fridge.
this is an ideal villa for a vacation as a couple, with family or friends.
For your information, the house is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday from mid-June to mid-September, for other periods, please contact us.
We rent at least for 2 nights at the flat rate of 450 € + the cleaning fee.
