It has 4 bedrooms.
Downstairs on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with a large bathroom as well as a large living and dining room and kitchen with laundry room. The beds on the ground floor are as follows: A bed of 160x 200 cm. In the second bedroom there are two mattresses measuring 80 x 190 cm (together 160 x 190 cm). The third and largest bedroom has two mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm (180 x 200 cm in total).

An internal staircase with a stainless steel railing leads to the first floor of the house.
The upper bedroom has two mattresses (100 x 200 cm, together 200 x 200 cm) and a bathroom en suite with a walk-in shower, bidet and toilet, as well as opposite the stairs a large walk-in closet and an adjoining small living area with a sofa bed (mattress of 150 x 190 cm) and access to the terrace with beautiful mountain views.

Outside there is a pool (not heatable) and a beautiful terrace facing the pool as well as an outdoor kitchen with cooking and barbecue area. Next to the pool, you can relax in the whirlpool with water up to 40 degrees warm, light therapy, a small illuminated waterfall and a music connection.
There is a parking space for up to 4 cars available.


Our 120 m2 converted basement room has been available to you since the end of 2020

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service. Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week is free; In addition, each kWh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption.

Extras on request for a fee: bicycle rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur etc. for an additional charge. We also offer a pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, please contact us.
