This 5-bed 5.5-bath oceanside cottage in the Whalehead community of Corolla enjoys modern amenities, resort-style luxuries, and plenty of space for the whole family. Easily walk to the Bonita St. Public Beach Access just 0.2-miles (3-minutes) away for a day by the ocean!
Enjoy plenty of parking in the driveway with a carport beneath the home for dry entry. Take a dip or swim some laps in your own private saltwater pool and then step over to the bubbly hot tub which is covered for your enjoyment no matter the weather. If you're feeling competitive, shoot a few hoops in the basketball goal or toss some horseshoes. There are also 2 convenient outdoor showers for rinsing off before you step inside after a fun day of playing in the sand. Inside, you'll appreciate a leisurely afternoon in the game room playing foosball or poker at the card table. A stainless-steel refrigerator and microwave are available for snacks and drinks. A sleep sofa provides extra sleeping space and has access to a full bathroom with tub/shower on the same level.

My family and I travel to OBX every summer and this was by far our favorite house yet! Super close to the beach and an easy walk, close drive to grocery stores and the seafood market/souvenir shops. The pool was in the sun pretty much all day which was great! They have a shaded/roofed area with plenty of seating next to the hot tub right next to the pool so my parents were able to seek shade and still be involved with all of their grandkids. A couple of the chairs were a little broken but still useable and the grill was brand new looking! We loved that there was a mini fridge outside too so we didn’t have to run inside constantly. They certainly weren’t short on fridges which we loved, especially when you need to stock up for the week. This house had everything you could think of stocked in the kitchen. Overall, a clean home.. no rental is going to be perfect obviously but we were very impressed. Plenty of room and beautiful open kitchen/living area, little space out back for the kids to play behind the pool area. Every single bedroom had a bathroom connected and there were even extra bathrooms besides them so it made bedtime showers super quick and easy! We loved having a washer and dryer and they both worked really well. I really can’t think of anything that stood out as a negative for us! We really enjoyed our week!
