On the top level, you’ll find an open-concept great room with a large flat-screen TV and access to the furnished, east-facing sun deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding in the evening ocean breeze with your favorite drink. The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a prep sink, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Two adjacent dining areas (seating for 10 and 4) make mealtimes a breeze, and a convenient powder room completes this level.
All seven bedrooms are located on the mid level, including two king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms, and two rooms each with a pair of twin beds. Three full baths provide comfort and convenience for your entire group.
Head down to the ground level for even more fun in the spacious recreation room, which includes a pool table, Foosball, and a TV, perfect for movie nights or friendly competition.
