Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, King Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Trundle, full hall bath and the hot tub is on the deck. All Bedrooms on this level have deck access.
Top Level: King Master Bedroom with whirlpool tub, TV, and deck access. Great room with gas fireplace, TV/DVD and stereo, dining room seating 10, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and an under the counter ice maker. Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at the main beach access in Buck Island. Talk to the cabana guys at the beach for your weekly service. Weather permitting they will be set up Monday through Friday, Memorial day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Very nice house and location. Lots of stairs, hot tub was not working. We called in the AM for the hot tub to be fixed and heard nothing back. Upon arriving at the community at 11:30 PM there was a gate that we never received a code for. Had to call several people to get a code that worked. Be sure to bring your own trash bags. They put bathroom size bags in the kitchen trash cans. Parking was tight when the neighbors were there but I feel a lot of the beach houses have this issue.
A few hiccups but overall the house offered a great vacation for my family and if the hot tub is fixed I would definitely rent this property again.

The house was very nice, clean, in a great neighborhood and very close to the beach. The property is also close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.
There is no pool at the house, but we were there in December so didn’t need one. There is a hot tub, but wasn’t working while we were there.

Place needs updating. Living room Furniture worn. Kitchen and Bathrooms need updated. Bedding should be replaced. Needs extra refrigerator. Not as nice as some of the houses we have stayed in.
