Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 25 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. We had some electrical issues and the office was quick to respond and send out maintenence, we were pleasantly surprised! The location is fabulous, walking distance to the ocean, clean beach. If it wasnt for the electrical issues i would have given a 5 star

Had a ton of space for people to roam around and go about their day. The hot tub, pool, and pool table were some of our favorite things about the place. The property was very clean when we arrived. Towels were provided for every bed. All beds except the bunk beds were made upon arrival. It is super close to the beach access and off of the main road. There is a cute little shopping center with some restaurants about 5-10 minutes down the street by car. Two grocery stores and the ABC store are a bit further down the street (10-15 minutes).
A few things to take note on is:
- The driveway has a massive bump at the beginning of it so if possible drive an SUV or truck here unless you want to scratch the underside of your car
- There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. No detergent for the dishwasher. No dish soap or sponges. If you plan to use the dishes or go to the bathroom, you will need to buy these.
- There were protruding nails in the deck. We did have the unfortunate event that they were stepped on.
Overall, we loved our stay here and hope to rebook in the future (hopefully make this a yearly thing). I will be recommending this place to friends and family. It was very memorable. Highly recommend if you are going with a big group of people to book here for your vacation.
