This home was simply beautiful. It was very spacious and accommodated our family well. I would point out that the room one flight above the kitchen is not truly a bedroom, although it held numerous (a bunk and another) beds. It had no door to close off from the activities (or noise) on the main floor. The home itself was beautifully furnished and the counters and kitchen was all updated and had everything we needed. There were appliances and fully stocked cabinets with utensils, dishes, and pots and pans in the kitchen. The lower level was also equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The views were stunning from the balconies (multiple levels). The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The host was available from the time we arrived through our departure to handle anything we needed (we did need the internet reset). The beach is a short bike ride or walk from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest and relaxation the home afforded our family. There was clearly some refurbishing going on at the time of our stay and from the status of the other rooms, I am sure it will be great when it is finished.

The home is beautiful! Melissa was very responsive and always making sure everything was up to our standards. Each room had an exit to the deck which was just wonderful. The home is very spacious and the kitchen is gorgeous. Thank you for lending your home. We would definitely rent again!

We choose rosewood ct for the ability to stay socially distant. With separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each guest. And the size of the living room. We were able to have the reception with 5 couples and 2 children. All the while keeping space. The access to the beach allowed us to easily transport and setup for our ceremony. And the pool was also amazing. The cleaning service came the first day so it was spot less and the yard was freshly mowed. Just as we arrived. I could go on and one. But I'm just glad that such a house was available in this time. It made our whole wedding plan work safely.
