This comfortable, family-friendly beach home has everything you need for a relaxing 30A getaway. Located directly across from beach access, Casa Mimosa makes it easy to enjoy sunny beach days before returning home to your private pool and multiple outdoor living spaces—perfect for relaxing, dining, and gathering with family and friends.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a coffee maker, washer and dryer, and gas grill. Spacious gathering areas provide plenty of room to relax together after a day at the beach. The two-story home has been thoughtfully updated with newer mattresses, luxury linens, and comfortable pillows throughout.

Everything You Need for Beach Days



Guests enjoy complimentary use of newer beach chairs, a solar shade tent, and four bikes, making it easy to spend the day at the beach or explore scenic 30A. These extras can save hundreds of dollars in rental fees during your stay.



A 6-seat lithium-powered golf cart is also available for rent.



Want to make the most of the pool? Pool heating is available for an additional fee.



Family & Pet Friendly



We love welcoming four-legged family members! Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee, and a dog bed is provided. We simply ask that pets stay off the furniture, or that towels be used to help protect the home.



Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a pack-n-play and high chair available for guest use.



Fresh, Clean & Comfortable



Your comfort is a priority. HEPA air filters are replaced monthly, and the home is professionally cleaned after every stay, so you can arrive feeling confident that your vacation home is fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, outdoor spaces, and on-site parking with room for two larger SUVs.



Bikes are included with your stay, and beach access is just steps away across the street.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Santa Rosa Beach along scenic 30A, this home is perfectly positioned near Seaside, local restaurants, shopping, and some of the area’s best beaches. A seafood market is conveniently located across the street, and guests can easily bike or golf cart to nearby dining, coffee shops, and beach towns.



The neighborhood offers the perfect mix of convenience and relaxed coastal living.



Getting Around:

Four bikes are included with your stay, making it easy to explore nearby beach towns, restaurants, and scenic paths along 30A.

A 6-seat golf cart is also available for rent. There is ample on-site parking for guests as well.

The home is thoroughly cleaned after every stay, and air filters are replaced monthly to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for guests.
