Parking: 3 Vehicles Max. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls. No street parking.



Other Things to Note House Rules:

• Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary guest must stay at the property.

• No smoking. No parties or events.

• Dog Friendly- $175 per dog. All Dogs must be approved.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID.



GOLF CART: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

• Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts. Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

• Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



What We Provide:

• Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.

• All bedding linens and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).
