Home was very spacious and spread out perfectly for all 10 of us consisting of 3 families! Very nicely updated and very comfortable and sturdy beds and furniture! Loooved the shower in our master!!Golf cart was great for getting out with grands in the early morning! The pool alarm was annoying AT FIRST but so very grateful for it with 4 grandchildren!! Pool was a great morning gathering before driving cart to the beach access at Greenwood or Greenland..forgot name..the area was not crowded for end of June!! Grateful also for washer and dryer and iron for picture day! Only complaint was high chair table was loose and granddaughter is very mobile and fell forward out of chair! That was our only scare! She is very active though! Communication with Bob was great throughout our time. Electricity went out across our neighborhood the first and last day for about 4 hours but that was no fault of the property owners! They were very gracious in being available to ask questions! We would definitely stay again!

Look no further, this place is a gem! Tucked away in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood on 30A with tons of beautiful natural vegetation, only a couple of blocks from a private beach. We traveled with my family of 6 (including kids) and had my parents down for a night, and there was still plenty of room. Dog friendly, wonderful pool and hot tub. Weber grill, screened in front porch, nice 6-seater golf cart, huge comfy bedrooms- the list goes on! There is a whole extra little apartment at the top of the garage that comes with the house- my teenage son claimed this and it was perfect for him. The beach access does have stairs and no parking, but if someone can drop you off in the golf cart it's no problem. It is also walkable although we didn't because of the heat in June. We only had a couple of very minor maintenance things that the host was extremely responsive about. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the pool alarms when you arrive, it confused us at first being from out of state! But great safety feature for families with toddlers. Quick golf cart ride into Seaside, Publix, Goatfeathers seafood market, and east to more dining and shopping close by. We will be back!

This was a great private stay for our family of 4 kids. The home was large and quiet, well decorated and had all the amenities needed, We didn't need the carriage house, but I believe all the main beds were king size, The private screened in pool was great for the kids, and the included golfcart was convenient for the beach and getting where we needed. Neighborhood was peaceful and very nice. Host was great with communication. We would stay here again. Thanks!
