This property was wonderful! Each room worked great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. I really appreciated the pantry space, as we brought food and cooked some meals there. Having four bikes for our kids was a huge help. There were chairs for us to use on the beach, which weren’t expected, but appreciated.
Kismet Properties were wonderful to work with. This is our 13th Christmas week in Seagrove Beach and we have booked with Kismet for 10 of those years. I’m already thinking about next year and depending on how many of our kids join us, we could be back at Beachin.

This home is very close to one of the neighborhood pools which we enjoyed! The home was very clean and well decorated. It had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, bowls, utencils, glasses, etc. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable in all the bedrooms. The kids in our group really enjoyed the common area upstairs, as well as the screen porch on the main level and second story.
