The home features multiple well-decorated bedrooms and modern bathrooms, including one with a relaxing standalone tub and another with a sleek walk-in shower. While the interior is designed for comfort, the true highlight is the incredible outdoor living area.

Occupancy Restrictions and Rules
- Minimum Age of Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old
- Absolutely No Onsite Parties or Group Events allowed while on property
- Maximum Guests allowed is 12
- No Pets are allowed
- No Smoking of any kind is allowed
- Please be respectful to neighbors as we have Quiet Hours from 10.00pm-8.00am.
Please note that the cargo lift (elevator) and the backyard shed are kept for owner storage and are not available for guest use.

This rental property was cozy and decorated fully in each room for Christmas, which was such a nice surprise for us and our family. We enjoyed hanging out the 2nd deck with our family, the views were beautiful, and we enjoyed playing pool while listening to music and just relaxing at the bar. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed their rooms, I would recommend this property.
