About this house rental
*SUBMARINER* is a new beach house with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a Bonus area with 3 queen beds. This luxurious beach home sleeps 22 and has enough room for gathering. It is one of kind with an inviting open living area with an 75" smart TV, dining and kitchen area that flow from one end to the other.
The beautiful kitchen has all the amenities' you'll need for your stay, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, double door range with Flex Duo (use the full oven or split it into 2 smaller ovens), no-preheat air fry and griddle, and an Instapot.
Downstairs bedrooms:
Master bedroom #1 - King bed with ensuite bath, offers a luxurious romantic flair which consists of a soaker tub, a private shower with dual shower heads and a rain shower and double sinks
Bedroom #2 - King bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #3 - Set of Queen Bunkbeds with lights and charging station on each bed
Hallway bathroom for sharing

All bedrooms are spacious, have luxurious bedding and smart televisions
Laundry room consists of 2 washers and 2 dryers for your convenience

This house is a great size and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked well and lots of extra beach towels. I requested early check in and late check out and the host was very helpful in accommodating our needs. My large family enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The home was beautiful and the decor was very detailed. Garage was unlocked upon arrival and locks were on the storage area behind the bar but they had been cut. Outlets downstairs are inoperable. The lift was unavailable for use for even cargo movement. I found this to be very disappointing in that there's no way to enter the home from the bottom level so being able to utilize the lift would have been great for moving items up to the main level. I had my parents with me which ages are 75/76 and my mom wears a brace and utilizes a cane so definitely could've used the lift to at a minimum get them upstairs. We managed but definitely difficult. Information book was resourceful I recommend adding the breaker box is in the bedroom as outlets on the upper deck were inoperable until we reached out to the host for guidance. Housekeeping definitely could improve as cheerios were under one of the beds upstairs and a t-shirt from previous guests. Broken hangers in closets. Understandable it's a beach house but sand was on the floors and that was prior to us going to the beach. Sheets felt gritty maybe from being washed with towels. Broken seashell on the Pac-man game upstairs when we were doing the initial walkthrough of the home. 17 houseguests/5 nights and we were only provided 1 pod for the dishwasher, 6 rolls of toilet paper for 5 bathrooms, 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 trash bags. Trash drawer is very hard to open and close. Dryer on upper left was inoperable.
