Step inside this cozy 4-bedroom home, where a bright and open floor plan provides a welcoming space for your group to relax and make memories. The main living area is spacious and stylish, flowing into a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a large island perfect for gathering.
The home features multiple well-decorated bedrooms and modern bathrooms, including one with a relaxing standalone tub and another with a sleek walk-in shower. While the interior is designed for comfort, the true highlight is the incredible outdoor living area.

Occupancy Restrictions and Rules
- Minimum Age of Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old
- Absolutely No Onsite Parties or Group Events allowed while on property
- Maximum Guests allowed is 12
- No Pets are allowed
- No Smoking of any kind is allowed
- Please be respectful to neighbors as we have Quiet Hours from 10.00pm-8.00am.
Please note that the cargo lift (elevator) and the backyard shed are kept for owner storage and are not available for guest use. There are outdoor cameras set up for security and rules reasons located at the front door, mezzanine and ground floor.

Josie was a really responsive host, she provided detailed instructions prior to our stay and answered all my questions promptly. The house was clean at check in and felt spacious for our group of 12. The supplies and amenities were provided thoughtfully and sufficiently - we appreciated having the family friendly items like the high chair/booster seat. One quick note - there wasn’t soap/shampoo in one of the bathrooms with the soaking tub. Conveniently located, we were within a 5 min walk from the beach and had a pretty good ocean view. Wished we could enjoy the outdoor space and deck more but with the humidity and heat there were way too many mosquitoes feasting on us (even with repellent on). Overall, we had a comfortable and great stay with our families. Thank you for hosting us!

Even with the power off a couple of nights, we had an amazing time! Beautiful home, great location & property owner kept us updated on the power situation. Will definitely book again

This rental property was cozy and decorated fully in each room for Christmas, which was such a nice surprise for us and our family. We enjoyed hanging out the 2nd deck with our family, the views were beautiful, and we enjoyed playing pool while listening to music and just relaxing at the bar. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed their rooms, I would recommend this property.
