The great room allows everyone to gather so you can enjoy each other's company in the kitchen, dining room, and generous family room with a stunning fireplace and flat-screen television. The bookcase is stocked with various board games and a chess set for your entertainment. Sonos in-ceiling speakers in the dining area are available to connect to via the Sonos smartphone app that fill the room with surround sound. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and a large island with natural stone countertops where meals and gatherings will be memorable for years to come. Move onto the enormous wooden deck where you can either lounge under the covered roof or beneath the sun with the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves relaxing you.
