Surrounded by nature and just 5 km from Excideuil and 12 km from Thiviers, it offers easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions. The fenced garden spans over 1000 m² and includes a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open May-September), play equipment, table tennis, and billiards-ideal for families with children. Inside, the villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a washing machine), a cozy living room with wood stove, TV, DVD, and stereo, plus a separate dining room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Heating ensures comfort year-round, and amenities like a children's bed and high chair are included. Guests can enjoy nearby activities such as golf at Domaine d'Essendiéras (6 km), horse riding in Pompadour (30 km), kayaking in Brantôme (30 km), and adventure parks. This holiday home was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway, The fenced garden was a great space for the kids to play, and we loved lounging by the pool, The nearby attractions like golf and kayaking were a bonus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and filled with lots of antiques which added character. The house is in a quiet rural location but close to Excideuil (we recomend the market) and Brantome for kayaking. Didier was a lovely host and came early in the morning every other day to clean the pool. Would highly recommend

A beautiful property inside and out, equipped with everything we could need and full of character. The location was quiet and relaxing but well situated to travel (by car) to chateaux, markets, caves, a recreational lake, the velorail and lots more. The pool was great and there were plenty of games (and WiFi in the lounge!) for the kids. The host was most welcoming and very happy to help us with any quick questions throughout our stay.
