Located in Anlhiac, in the heart of the Périgord, this 170 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
The house features two bedrooms: the first has a king-size bed, a convertible sofa bed, and a mezzanine with an additional sleeping area, while the second offers a modular king-size bed. An extra 10 m² space with a single children's bed and a corner sofa bed is available in the living room. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a television.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an American fridge with water and ice dispenser, a multifunction oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. You will also find Wi-Fi, a fan, a tumble dryer, a baby bed, and a high chair.
Outside, enjoy a 45 m² south-facing terrace with furniture, a gas barbecue, a swing, and a private garden with a pool secured by an alarm, garden furniture, and an additional charcoal barbecue. A ping-pong table is also available for enjoyable moments together.
