This holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is furnished and offers a comfortable living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large sunny terrace. You can share the wonderful sauna and the large garden with barbecue.

Nestled in the fascinating mountains between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif, Schladming is a popular holiday destination in both winter and summer. In the immediate area you can go hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the free ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you can ski back to the house. The Schladming - Planai/Hochwurzen/Hauser Kaibling ski area (4-mountain ski area) offers 123 kilometers of slopes and over 80 ski lifts in the Dachstein-Tauern region.

In summer, the Pichl swimming lake or the Reiteralmsee in Schladming offer lots of swimming fun! In short: an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation!

The use of hair dryer costs 4 euros (on-site).

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
